You can practice this at the studio every wed, thurs mornings 10am to 1pm. AND first and third thursadys every month 6pm to 9pm. ie its on tonight with new model Danni who Elsie met at a party at Muse on Saturday night.

I just love it when people come in and watch one of them.

In the studio today Gee watched me using, rubbing alcohol, nail varnish remover, turpentine in fact everything I could lay my hannds on to remove indelible felt pen marks from a perspex sign.
She produced a tub of tigerbalm……………I was scepticle. It worked a treat.
Amazing.

…well actually, Elvis the Elephant got well and truly painted!
Here is Gee applying Elvis’ stage make-up for the opening night of our last Friday Friday… not that anyone would have seen HIM as it was dark by then!
BUT here he getting Face Lift No.2 and he just gets MORE gorgeous every day.
Actually he’s not an elephant at all….he’s REALLY a Chameleon Lizard!!
Watch this space as we’ll be turning him lime green next week.
Last week we had 2 new books.
Now we have over 200 new books, courtesy of Elizabeth McDonald.
Elizabeth is down-sizing and had to find a new home for all her art books.
Thank you SO much Elizabeth. You are a star.
There are such gems as Fauvism, Modern Japanese Painting, The Letters of Van Gogh, The Collected Drawings of Aubrey Beardsley, Art Under Socialist Realism & Sister Wendy Beckett’s book on Discovering Europe’s Great Art…and well, also just about an art book on every art subject imaginable…
