Where’s Elsie this week? Hazard a guess?

Exploring the nooks and crannies of the Ancient City? No. Galloping around in the Scottish highlands? No. The Pub? No (not right now anyway). Painting a mural to dazzle the masses? No.

Can I have your autograph Miss?

Elsie has been at NIST (the New International School of Thailand) demonstrating her painting in the school atrium and talking to students about art.

Kids were given the opportunity to pick Elsie’s brain about being an artist, and how to express their emotions in their paintings. Many NIST students attend art lessons at Attic Studios so it was nice for them to see Elsie on their school grounds and be able to talk to her between classes.

She also ran workshops with year 12 and 13 art students. It was a busy week and Elsie even even managed to produce a painting of the reflection in the Atrium mirror.
