Elsie missing on FF.

Another First Friday tucked under our belt. A whole bunch of new faces and loyal regulars turned up; a great crowd. We even had an antenna hooked up so football enthusiasts didn’t miss out. We think of everything, people! Don’t underestimate the Attic.

Elsie has flown the coop. She’s in the U.K. at the moment attending her son’s graduation. She will be back in 10 days, family in tow. We missed her on First Friday. It just wasn’t the same. But the Attic gang held it together, be it with sticky tape and blue tac.

The student’s work was an absolute hit. All our guests were well impressed. Congrats to all our talented artists! Check out the photos on our facebook album.

Many of our summer students have left on their holidays and many more will be back or just starting, for the new week, beginning tomorrow. We look forward to seeing some fresh new work. It has been a brilliantly  inspired summer so far.

I do believe that on Tuesday we have the Broom seller guy in for our ‘Bangkok Life’ Session. Hopefully we’ll be able to fit his broom laden cart in the door. Fingers crossed…
