The Day Bangkok Burned…
As many of you personally witnessed, the political situation and unfolding events of yesterday shocked and saddened us all. However, whilst most people lay low & out of the firing range, Elsie was here at the studio… painting with gusto!
Please see below for one of the paintings she did… which we think is fantastic and sums up the events of yesterday beautifully.
Elsie has very recently started a new face book site called ‘Elsie Evans Daily Paintings’ so please do take a look and click to become a friend.
All Elsie’s paintings are for sale for 6,000 baht each (unless otherwise stated) so if you’re interested in buying one or would like to come into the studio to view her work, please contact Elsie on 083 3011314 to make an appointment or email: info@attic-studios.com
In addition to making masterpieces yesterday, Elsie and Ronnie spent a considerable amount of the afternoon supplying Ronnie’s minute by minute & out on the street photographs to the BBC news department, who were not only delighted with his results but also extremely grateful for Elsie’s great ‘on the spot’ reporting, direct to the news desk.
Please take a look at the images below (which are part of the series Ronnie took for Attic Studios face book page)…
