School’s in…Elsie’s back!
Elsie is back. The kids are gone. Familiar faces are back in the studio along with a whole lot of new ones.
The Life-drawing class is overflowing today. An excellent class for both the experienced and the relative beginner. It’s held every Thursday from 10am - 1pm and is led by Australian artist Lisa Bergan. Lisa regularly changes the models (both male and female) so the class has a variety of ages, sizes, colours & shapes to hone their skills with. A great opportunity for anyone who is at all interested in drawing or painting portraits and the human form.
Beginning next week – Wed, 16th September – we will start up a mosaic class in the morning, 10am – 1pm, and continue every Wednesday. So if you’re interested, please let us know and we’ll pencil you in.
Also, just a reminder that the foundation Impressionist painting course begins on Monday, 21st September. If you are interested and haven’t already contacted us…please do. If we do not reach our minimum requirement, the course will be cancelled.
Jeez, I’m boring today. My mind is elsewhere. Trying my best here, alright!
We haven’t had any wild parties in the studio for ages. So if you’re driving/walking by after dark, keep your eyes peeled, because it’s going to boil over at some point and you might as well join in. You’ll stumble home at an unreasonable hour, possibly wake-up a tad confused and oddly ashamed of yourself. But you will have had a good time…Guaranteed.
